🥥 Superfood pudding (updated recipe)

I've been having this yummy pudding 6 times a week since mid-August and I just can't get enough 😍

Healthy fats are so important for the maintenance and upkeep of our brain, probiotics (from the yogurt) help our gut, and berries are packed with antioxidants and polyphenols. Earlier last year, I was struggling with regulating my blood sugar and hormones, and I truly believe that eating this everyday helped so much 🙏

This takes less than 5 minutes to put together in the morning and my personal preference is to enjoy this for dinner as it truly tastes like a decadent and light pudding.

Here's the recipe:

» 2 tablespoons chia seeds

» 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds

» 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

» 1 teaspoon cinnamon

» 1/3 cup vegan yogurt

» 1 cup almond milk

» 1/2 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)

Mix together all of the above and then add:

» 1 tablespoon of dessicated coconut

» a few walnuts

You can store this in the fridge or outside if you want it at room temperature - enjoy ❤️
