Fell back in love with this green smoothie - so refreshing and satiating without being too heavy!
1 frozen banana
1 apple
1/2 cup frozen mango (or any fruit of your choice)
1/4 cup rolled oats (for some simple, clean protein)
1 teaspoon ginger (or a thumb sized piece of fresh ginger)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups spinach
1 cup coconut water
1 cup water (or 2 cups water if no coconut water)
1/2 serving of Subi Superfood Powder (completely optional but this is packed with vitamins and all natural)
